'Bitter disappointment': Micheál Martin confirms pubs to remain closed 

Taoiseach Micheál Martin has confirmed pubs will not reopen as planned next Monday, as Phase Four of the reopening plan is delayed. 

Nightclubs and casinos will also remain closed.
